Kindergarten in Gocław

In our kindergarten, we put the needs of the child first. The educators take care of a warm, family atmosphere every day. Thanks to this, the little ones have ideal conditions to enjoy exploring the world.

Daily contact with the teacher ensures effective learning of the English language. Children spend the whole day in the company of an English teacher. He is with them everywhere - in class, during play and walks outside. Thanks to this, toddlers can learn a language in a natural environment, while resolving conflicts, showing feelings or eating meals. Thus, English becomes the language used to talk to the teacher. Children are able to acquire knowledge better and faster.
We provide multicultural education - Spanish language classes are conducted by Native Speaker. The teacher is from Venezuela. The classes do not end with learning the language, but also include elements of fun introducing Latin American and Spanish culture.

In the Kindergarten, we focus primarily on the well-being of the child. A qualified team of young educators watches over the kids. We try to create an atmosphere of acceptance as well as mutual trust and respect. Children from an early age are taught creativity and independence, developing their abilities and interests. Educators choose teaching methods individually to the needs of the toddler. Thanks to this, it is possible to extract the potential of each child by encouraging them to act and discover the surrounding world. We make sure that each of our clients feels appreciated and important.

Boredom? It's not with us!

Happy Hippo is a kindergarten where boredom has no place. New, varied educational activities are organized every day, we also do not forget about themed trips or special events. In our kindergarten we are happy to host interesting personalities, incl. actors, musicians and representatives of various professions. We regularly organize: theater performances, educational concerts and nature workshops. Each day is a new adventure.

Pro-ecological behavior - shaped from an early age

Our curriculum covers issues such as environmental education. Children from an early age are educated about the impact their behavior will have on the future of the planet. We grow and care for vegetables and fruit together. By playing as a gardener, toddlers learn responsibility and acquire correct eating habits.

We build social competences

A sense of social belonging is created among children. We try to make the little ones independent and active. We teach how to ask questions, look for answers, draw conclusions, think independently and make decisions. These are features that help children enter the big world.

We focus on creative abilities

We believe that it is very important to develop children's sensitivity to fine arts. Therefore, we organize, among others theater, music, ceramics and easel painting workshops. This allows not only to develop talents, but also to discover little artists.

Movement classes for children

A healthy and smiling child is also due to a proper diet and the right proportions between physical activity, rest and play. At the Happy Hippo Kindergarten, we provide plenty of opportunities for physical activity during organized activities, while playing in spacious rooms, in the garden and outdoors.

 

Happy Hippo - why is it worth choosing our kindergarten?

Own kitchen, balanced meals

We prepare all meals on the spot. The dishes are made of natural ingredients. We do not use plastics - only glass and ceramics.

The menu prepared by us was based on the nutrition plan for kindergartens. The plan was developed by the Education Office and the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumption Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. The meals are light, healthy and balanced. We prepare them in our own kitchen, using natural ingredients.

Our kindergarten takes part in the "Golden Preschooler" Program. Its aim is to promote a natural diet in kindergarten and to develop healthy habits among the youngest. Our pupils are provided with four unlimited, healthy meals, as well as a fruit snack. We also do not forget about the needs of allergy sufferers.

Language education

Our kindergarten offers classes in a bilingual system. Two teachers are assigned to each group.

The educator's task is to implement the core curriculum in Polish. Additionally, an English teacher conducts conversations with children in English. Spanish language classes as part of multicultural education are conducted by Native Speaker. It is a teacher who comes from Venezuela. The lessons are also varied with games with elements of Latin American and Spanish culture.

Author's program as an extension of the core curriculum

The original program implemented in our kindergarten is an extension of the core curriculum of the Ministry of National Education.

Our kindergarten carries out numerous projects related to multicultural education, science and art. This allows for the combination of basic didactic activities and attractive fun. We organize, among others cultural and educational events in which our pupils actively participate. We have established cooperation with companies that conduct various science and research classes in our facility, as well as organize educational concerts and stage theater plays. Thanks to the rich database of thematic classes, we can offer our pupils unique projects.

Safety of our pupils

Parents can remotely see what's going on with their child at any time. All you need is a computer with Internet access. In the kindergarten, we used a camera system that records events in the rooms and the garden.

Happy Hippo Private Language Pre-School No. 316 runs its activity on the basis of an entry in the register of Private Schools and Institutions of the Capital City of Warsaw. Our premises have been adapted to sanitary and fire protection requirements in accordance with the ZL II standard.

Only certified, non-toxic and safe materials (including paints, adhesives, carpets) were used for interior finishing. Furniture and other equipment have appropriate certificates. The kitchen was designed and manufactured in accordance with the technological design approved by the Sanepid.

The interior of our kindergarten

We have spacious and well-equipped classrooms.

The Happy Hippo Gocław kindergarten was created to provide children with safety and comfort. Bathrooms (including washbasins and toilets) have been tailored to the needs of children. The water temperature at the sinks is centrally regulated.
The kitchen was made in accordance with the technological design approved by Sanepid. The meals prepared there are healthy and light, made only from natural products.

The materials used for interior finishing are non-toxic and safe, which is confirmed by appropriate approvals. We have certificates for furniture and other equipment.
