In the "Happy Hippo" Kindergarten, we conduct kindergarten, i.e. one-year pre-school preparation.
Based on the legislator's requirements, we have created a special educational program to prepare our pupils for school activities in the best possible degree, within eight areas of development:
- emotional competence
- social competence
- speech competence
- competences in the field of children's thinking
- competence in the field of mobility
- mathematical competences
- Readiness to learn to read and write competences
- language competences
Guided by experience in this field, we implement the Curriculum of Pre-school Education, supported by a block of original additional classes and an Educational Program, which were developed by our teachers. In practice, this means a guarantee of perfect preparation of our pupils to study at school, as well as providing them with the best start in the educational future.
As part of everyday activities, we develop social, emotional and language skills of our pupils. We attach particular importance to shaping the readiness of children to learn to read and write and to shape mathematical concepts. Twice a year, in "kindergarten", we conduct a school readiness diagnosis, the results of which we discuss at individual meetings with parents.
