We prepare healthy, light meals in our own kitchen. They are made only from natural products.
The menu was created on the basis of a nutrition plan developed by the Education Office and the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumption Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. A toddler's diet is rich in healthy, valuable products: millet, barley, bran, lentils, olive oil, etc.
- We use spelled and wholemeal flour for baking. In the case of bread delivered from a bakery, it is also whole grain.
- We do not use stock cubes, but only natural spices.
- Spring water is the base for preparing soups and drinks.
We make sure that the toddlers' diet is rich in vegetables and fruits. Sugar and sweets are limited. The little ones drink a lot of spring water. Natural fruit juices are served in moderation. However, sweetened drinks are excluded from the diet. We offer individual diets for allergy sufferers. We gave up on plastics and meals are served in ceramic or glass dishes. Depending on the season, we try to make the menu rich in naturally grown, seasonal fruits and vegetables. The menu is based on the principles of healthy eating.
