We prepare healthy and light meals in our own kitchen using only natural products.
We have created the menu in our kindergarten on the basis of a nutrition plan developed by the Education Office and the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumption Sciences of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. The menu does not lack products necessary for a healthy diet: millet, barley, bran, lentils, olive oil, etc.
- For our own baking, we use wholemeal and spelled flour. The bread delivered from the bakery is also whole grain.
- We do not use stock cubes to prepare our dishes, but only natural routes.
- We only use spring water to prepare soups and drinks.
- We make sure that the diet of our pupils is rich in fruit and vegetables, we limit sugar and sweets.
We make sure that children drink a lot of spring water, we serve natural fruit juices in moderation, and we exclude sweetened drinks from the diet. For allergy sufferers, the diet is prepared individually. We serve meals only in ceramic or glass dishes. Depending on the season, we try to make full use of naturally grown, seasonal vegetables and fruits. We create the menu in accordance with the principles of healthy eating.
